Liberty Fabrics' Organic Tana Lawn Collectionfeatures classic and iconic designs from the Liberty Fabrics archive now made with an organic cotton. Certified by the Global Organic Textile Standard, this means the fabric is made using at least 95% certified organic fibres. The organic collection of Classics, offers reworked and recoloured interpretations of the most quintessential Liberty Fabrics heritage designs.
Roll widths are larger compared with regular quilting cottons. One Liberty Fabrics fat quarter (1/4m unit) measures 68cm x 50cm / 26" x 19".
Claire-Aude features dense and sketchy flower forms within an almost abstract print, inspired by a combination of several 1930s traditional florals. The design was originally created by Susan Collier in 1975 – since the early ‘80s it has been much-beloved Liberty Fabrics Classics print, reintroduced here with shades of purple green and mustard on an off-white background.
