In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase or you have ordered incorrectly, unused products may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Please contact us before returning the goods. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to you (excluding postage costs). Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. Fabric cannot be returned, as it is cut to order, therefore a tailor made item according to the Consumer Contracts Regulation 2013. Patterns & Books cannot be returned due to copyright reasons.

Please include full details upon return including your full name, telephone number and order number. If this information is not included in the package, you risk not receiving a refund as we have no information to follow up with. Returns can be made to; Sew and Quilt, Trinity House, Quay Street, Penzance, Cornwall, TR18 4BZ.
Please ensure all items are sent in protective packaging which will reach us in a re-sellable condition. A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary. The extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop. Please be aware we cannot be responsibility for items that are not received by us, we recommend you use a recorded service.
