Story Garden Collection by Liberty Fabrics explores the narratives that are woven in and around cultivated botanical spaces, inspired by the connection between nature and wellbeing.
Liberty roll widths are larger compared with regular quilting cottons. One Liberty fat quarter (1/4m unit) measures 68cm x 50cm / 26" x 19".
Whimsy was based on a small fragment of a printed impression, discovered in the Liberty archive and dating back to the early to mid-19th century. Its intricate motifs wind along circular trails, adorned with chintz-style flowers among tiny leaves and berries. The design’s mesmerising movement and historic charm conjures the romance of a trailing garden, alive with nature’s quiet wonders.
